From this: to this:
Used this picture of Anne Hathaway:
Make it into a 100x100 and crop it the way you like.
I sharpened mine to 30 and smoothed her skin out a bit.
Next I used a color layer using #efd144 and set it at Soft Light, opacity 58.
Now I did a Color Balance:
[And for those who don't have Color Balance (these may differ with different pictures so fiddle around until you like it):
Input: 45, 1.00, 200
Output: 100, 255
Input: 0, 1.45, 255
Output: 20, 255
Input: 0, 0.68, 255
Output: 0, 250
Then do Hue+Saturation:
Now! I used the Hue+Saturation:
Next I added three color layers:
First layer: and put the color #0b0b2f setting it at Exclusion (screen, screen, subtract for GIMPers), 100.
Second layer: and put the color #f5d5f8 and set it at Soft Light, 40.
Third layer: and put the color #b7d7ef and set it at Burn, 100.
It seemed a bit darkt to me so I brought the base to the top and set it at Screen, 10.
Duplicated that layer once and set it at Soft Light, .
That's it! Hope you had fun fiddling around with this and I would love to see your results. =)
